All Sales Final Policy

At Tyrison Divine Beauty, we maintain a strict standard of hygiene and quality control. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for unopened, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered hair extensions within 7 days of delivery. The original tags must be perfectly intact. If the hair has been combed, brushed, washed, dyed, or cut, the exchange will be voided.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at support@tyrisondivine.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Defective Merchandise

Before shipping, every bundle undergoes a rigorous quality inspection. However, if you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and, if deemed defective, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
